What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All your plants, notes, photos, and growth timelines
- Your scan and diagnosis history
- Your community posts, comments, and follows
- Your wishlist and care reminders
What gets retained
- Anonymized analytics (no personal info)
- Records we're legally required to keep (e.g., financial transactions for tax purposes)
- Backups, which are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle
How to request deletion
Send an email from the email address associated with your Snapleaf account:
Email support@aldinworks.comWe process all account deletion requests within 7 days.
Cancel subscription first
If you have an active Pro subscription, cancel it through Apple or Google before deleting your account. Otherwise you may continue to be charged after deletion.
- iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Snapleaf → Cancel
- Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Snapleaf → Cancel
